This policy explains how we handle your personal data when you use everglow.qa, contact us or book our services. It is written with Qatar's Law No. 13 of 2016 on the protection of personal data privacy in mind.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Everglow Trading, trading as Ever Glow Cleaning & Hospitality, Commercial Registration No. 242244, Building 64, Street 950, Zone 27, Doha, Qatar. Contact us about your data at info@everglow.qa or on +974 3123 2082.
2. What we collect
- Quote form and messages: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, area, the service you need and your preferred time. Also your email and message, if you give them.
- Photos you send: pictures of items or rooms. Please avoid including people or private documents.
- Booking records: the address, work done, price, payment details such as date and amount, and any feedback or complaint. We do not ask for card details on this website.
- Technical data: your IP address and the page you came from, used to deliver the form and to stop spam and misuse.
We do not ask for sensitive personal data such as health information. If you tell us about an allergy or health condition so we can work safely, we use it only for that job.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to you, prepare your quote and arrange and carry out the job.
- To take payment, keep business records and meet legal duties.
- To handle complaints and improve our service.
- To keep this website secure and prevent misuse.
We use your data with your consent or where it is needed for these lawful purposes. Sending our form or messaging us means you agree that we may use your details to respond.
4. Marketing
We send marketing messages only if you have clearly agreed. Each message will show that it comes from us, and you can stop them at any time by replying or contacting us.
5. Who receives your data
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed with:
- our staff and crews who handle your job;
- service providers acting for us: website hosting, email, WhatsApp and the business messaging tools that deliver form requests to us;
- authorities or advisers, where the law requires it or to protect legal rights.
6. Data outside Qatar
Some service providers store or process data on systems outside Qatar. We use established providers and share only what is needed. WhatsApp's own privacy terms also apply when you message us there.
7. Cookies and browser storage
This website stores your light or dark theme choice in your browser, and a cookie remembers your language choice for 30 days. We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If we add analytics tools, we will update this policy first.
Our Areas page shows a map from Google Maps. When that map loads, Google may receive your IP address and set its own cookies, under Google's own privacy policy.
8. How long we keep it
We keep enquiries that do not lead to a booking for up to 12 months, and booking records for up to 3 years, unless the law requires longer. We then delete or anonymise them.
9. Security
We take technical and organisational steps to protect your data from loss, misuse and unauthorised access, and we limit access to those who need it. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach is likely to harm you, we will notify you and the regulator as the law requires.
10. Your rights
You may ask us to:
- tell you what data we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct data that is wrong;
- delete your data, unless we must keep it by law;
- stop using your data, or withdraw a consent you gave, including for marketing.
Email info@everglow.qa to make a request. We may ask you to confirm your identity, and we will reply within a reasonable time.
11. Children
Our services and this website are for adults, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has sent us data, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Complaints
Please contact us first. You may also complain to the National Cyber Governance and Assurance Affairs at Qatar's National Cyber Security Agency, which enforces the data protection law.
13. Changes
We may update this policy, and the date at the top of this page will change when we do. If the Arabic and English versions differ, the Arabic version prevails.
